Opening Day
Pick up your badge! Your badge serves as your access pass to the conference — you’ll require it daily to get into the venue, participate in Discovery Sessions, join the Ideas Adventures, access the TED Talks theatre and enjoy all the dinners and parties we have organized for you.
It’s time for the TEDAI Opening Gala! We’ll kick off the conference with a breathtaking Opening Gala at one of Vienna’s most beautiful ball venues: Kursalon Hübner. This is an elegant affair, so feel free to dress to impress! Think sophisticated and chic — cocktail dresses, suits and ties are encouraged. Try out delicious finger food, snacks and drinks as we mingle and celebrate together on the bustling dancefloor or the quite garden terraces.

At the Community Dinner you will immerse yourself in the cozy and rustic ambiance of the wooden furnishings and the outdoor seating of the beautiful courtyard. Enjoy a curated selection of traditional Austrian dishes, all local and homemade while making new friends and memories that will last a life-time!
Ted Talks Day
Taking place at the Volkstheater, one of Vienna’s oldest theatres, the TED Talks Day is dedicated to groundbreaking ideas on what’s next in Artificial Intelligence. After a hearty breakfast you’ll take your seat in the theatre to experience 20+ TED Talks and performances. In four thoughtfully curated sessions the TEDAI speakers will share their stories, reveal groundbreaking work for the first time, and present their vision for a better technological future. Midday you will be attending our TEDAI lunches that take place in handpicked restaurants around the venue.
After a day full with excitement, inspiration and imagination, there’s only one more thing left: the TEDAI Afterparty! Whether you’re looking to discuss the conference over drinks or celebrate on the dancefloor - this is the party for you.
