In this intimate classical music concert and leadership workshop, internationally acclaimed musicians and leadership pioneers Dorothea Schönwiese and Florian Schönwiese will guide participants through an exploration of listening as a core leadership capability. Using live classical music as a powerful medium, the session explores the role of language, silence, attention, and presence in human connection. Dorothea and Florian Schönwiese are internationally acclaimed classical musicians from Vienna and pioneers of a groundbreaking leadership approach. For the past 15 years they have built a global reputation with "The Sound of Leadership," a system rooted in the transformative power of music. Florian has shared their insights among others in a TEDx talk. They champion their "Listen & Lead" concept, which fosters a culture of meaningful conversation.
