Human Leadership Skills: A private concert
Workshop description
As leadership evolves in the age of AI, so do the skills required to communicate clearly, lead effectively, and truly listen. In this intimate classical music concert and leadership workshop, internationally acclaimed musicians and leadership pioneers Dorothea Schönwiese and Florian Schönwiese will guide participants through an exploration of listening as a core leadership capability. Using live classical music as a powerful medium, the session explores the role of language, silence, attention, and presence in human connection. At the end of this session, you will leave with a deeper ability to listen beyond words, communicate with greater clarity, and build stronger relationships within teams and organisations.
