Pau Garcia is the cofounder and lead of Cedra and Domestic Data Streamers, two independent research and dissemination companies exploring how information technology shapes society through arts, culture, and information design. For over a decade, he has worked with organisations such as United Nations, World Bank Organisation or Citizen Lab addressing the social challenges emerging from technological change.
