Kauna Ibrahim Malgwi

Kauna Malgwi is a clinical psychologist, digital rights advocate, and founder of the Digital Rights and Mental Health Initiative. She is the chairperson of the Steering Committee of the African Content Moderators Union, Nigeria, and a former Meta content moderator (Hausa Language). Her work focuses on algorithmic trauma, unfair digital labor conditions, and workers' mental well-being. She was recognized on the 2024 TIME100 AI list and the BBC.
