Jesko von den Steinen
AI is rewriting how organisations create, capture, and scale value. In this 90-minute insider session, Moussa Beidas and Jesko von den Steinen share fresh insights from PwC Middle East's experiences across government services, energy and digital twins, and ports and logistics. They highlight where leaders are shifting from products to outcomes-as-a-service, from pipelines to platforms with data network effects, and from features to intelligence tiers customers will pay for. They also connect these choices to the new processes that help them work at scale, including automation, AI assistants, strong data foundations, and clear governance. The session is fast-paced and hands-on. Through short, guided sprints, participants explore current examples and ideate across near-term efficiency wins and next-wave services, focusing on business models, operational optimisation, automation, and AI-at-the-core for insights. You will leave with a concise shortlist of opportunity areas relevant to your context and one practical next step to explore after the event. Who should attend? Founders, enterprise leaders, government innovators, product and operations heads, and strategy teams seeking actionable guidance
